Delivery & Returns / TESLİMAT VE İADE ŞARTLARI
1. Production time
Every piece is embroidered after you order. Production takes 1–5 business days, for retail and wholesale orders alike.
2. Shipping and delivery
- We ship worldwide with tracking. Delivery takes 1–5 business days.
- Shipping rates (per order):
- United States and United Kingdom: $10. Free on orders of 5 or more items.
- Europe: $15. Canada: $35.
- Türkiye: free.
- All other countries: $45.
- Wholesale orders: free shipping to every country.
- You see the shipping cost at checkout before you pay.
- When your order ships, we e-mail you the tracking number.
- Delivery time depends on your country and the carrier. In every case, your order is delivered within the legal maximum of 30 days from the order date.
- If we cannot deliver your order within this time, we tell you before the time runs out, and we refund everything you paid within 14 days.
3. When your parcel arrives
Please check the parcel when it is delivered. If the package is damaged, ask the courier to write a damage report and contact us the same day.
4. Changes and cancellation
Write to us straight away at info@eddiasocks.com. Until a piece has gone under the needle, we can still change the name, the color or the whole order, or cancel it with a full refund.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
Personalized products: Products made with your name, initials, monogram, date, logo or design are made to your specification. Under Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to them.
Other products: If a product is not personalized, you can withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason:
- Send your withdrawal notice to info@eddiasocks.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Send the product back within 10 days of your notice, unused and in its packaging. If you use the carrier we name, the return shipping is free for you.
- Products whose protective packaging has been opened after delivery cannot be returned if a return is not suitable for health or hygiene reasons, for example socks or towels that have been used.
6. Faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, or is not what you ordered (for example the wrong name, color or size), e-mail us a photo. At no cost to you, we will remake or replace it, or refund it in full, including shipping. Your legal rights under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 remain reserved.
7. Refunds
Refunds are made to the payment method you used, within 14 days at the latest. When the amount appears on your statement depends on your bank.

Teslimat ve İade Şartları
1. Üretim süresi
Her ürün, sipariş verildikten sonra işlenir. Üretim, perakende ve toptan siparişlerde 1–5 iş günü sürer.
2. Kargo ve teslimat
- Dünyanın her yerine takip numaralı kargo ile gönderim yapıyoruz. Teslimat 1–5 iş günü sürer.
- Kargo ücretleri (sipariş başına):
- Amerika Birleşik Devletleri ve Birleşik Krallık: $10. 5 ve üzeri üründe ücretsiz.
- Avrupa: $15. Kanada: $35.
- Türkiye: ücretsiz.
- Diğer ülkeler: $45.
- Toptan siparişler: tüm ülkelere ücretsiz kargo.
- Kargo ücretini ödeme yapmadan önce ödeme sayfasında görürsünüz.
- Siparişiniz kargoya verildiğinde takip numarası e-posta ile gönderilir.
- Teslimat süresi ülkeye ve kargo firmasına göre değişir. Her durumda sipariş, sipariş tarihinden itibaren yasal üst sınır olan 30 gün içinde teslim edilir.
- Siparişi bu süre içinde teslim edemeyeceksek süre dolmadan size bildiririz ve ödediğiniz tutarın tamamını 14 gün içinde iade ederiz.
3. Teslim alırken
Lütfen paketi teslim alırken kontrol edin. Paket hasarlıysa kargo görevlisine hasar tutanağı tutturun ve aynı gün bize bildirin.
4. Değişiklik ve iptal
Bize hemen info@eddiasocks.com adresinden yazın. Ürün nakış makinesine girmeden önce isim, renk ya da siparişin tamamı değiştirilebilir. Sipariş iptal edilirse ödediğiniz tutarın tamamı iade edilir.
5. Cayma hakkı ve iade
Kişiye özel ürünler: İsim, baş harf, monogram, tarih, logo veya size özel tasarım içeren ürünler, isteğiniz doğrultusunda hazırlanır. Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği'nin 15. maddesi gereği bu ürünlerde cayma hakkı kullanılamaz.
Diğer ürünler: Kişiye özel olmayan ürünlerde, teslim tarihinden itibaren 14 gün içinde gerekçe göstermeden cayma hakkınızı kullanabilirsiniz:
- Cayma bildiriminizi, teslimden itibaren 14 gün içinde info@eddiasocks.com adresine gönderin.
- Ürünü bildiriminizden itibaren 10 gün içinde, kullanılmamış ve ambalajıyla birlikte geri gönderin. Bizim belirttiğimiz kargo firmasını kullanırsanız iade kargosu için ücret ödemezsiniz.
- Teslimden sonra koruyucu ambalajı açılmış ve sağlık ya da hijyen açısından iadesi uygun olmayan ürünler iade alınamaz. Örneğin kullanılmış çoraplar ve havlular iade alınamaz.
6. Ayıplı veya yanlış ürün
Siparişiniz kusurlu ya da hasarlı gelirse veya siparişinizden farklıysa (örneğin isim, renk ya da beden yanlışsa) bize fotoğrafıyla birlikte e-posta gönderin. Ürün sizden hiçbir ücret alınmadan yeniden yapılır, değiştirilir ya da kargo dahil bedelinin tamamı iade edilir. 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun'dan doğan haklarınız saklıdır.
7. Para iadesi
İadeler, ödemede kullandığınız yönteme en geç 14 gün içinde yapılır. Tutarın hesap ekstrenize yansıma süresi bankanıza bağlıdır.
