Every cap is embroidered individually, just for you. Add a name, initials, a monogram or your logo — choose your thread color and font, preview your design, and we bring it to life stitch by stitch.
High-density embroidery on cotton twill — thread laid into the fabric, so it survives the wash instead of cracking off the way printed vinyl does.
A roastery name in tonal thread, stitched dark on Camel. The quiet version of branded kit — the mark is there, but it reads as a good cap first and merchandise second, which is exactly why customers buy it off the shelf instead of being handed one. Swap the wording and the beans for your own.
What you can put on it
Two stacked lines with room for a small illustration alongside. Tonal thread — one or two shades off the cap — is what makes this design work; high-contrast white also looks good on the darker colors.
- A café or roastery name with & Co., Coffee, Roasters or Bakehouse beneath it.
- A complete logo, uploaded and digitised into thread for free.
- A location line — the street, the neighbourhood, the year you opened.
- Staff names under a shared shop mark.
- A seasonal or anniversary edition for something you sell at the counter.
The cap
- 100% cotton gabardine — a heavy, close weave that holds its shape all day and gives the needle something firm to stitch into.
- Structured five-panel crown. The front stays flat, so lettering sits square instead of buckling the way it does on a soft cap.
- Curved visor with stitched detail along the brim and embroidered ventilation eyelets.
- Metal buckle back strap, adjustable. One size, unisex.
- 11 colors: White, Beige, Camel, Olive Green, Denim Blue, Royal Blue, Navy Blue, Grey, Burgundy, Red and Black.
Staff kit and counter stock
Cafés tend to order twice: a run for the team, then a larger one to sell, because a cap with a good mark on it moves at the till better than a tote does. Nothing is pre-made, so you can start with thirty and reorder without a new setup fee. Bulk pricing starts at 50 pieces and we stitch a sample for approval on every wholesale run. Send your logo and a quantity.
Stitched, not printed
Every cap is embroidered to order on a commercial machine. The thread is laid into the twill, which is why the lettering catches light from the side and why it survives the wash — printed vinyl cracks and lifts after a season, embroidery does not. Raised 3D puff lettering is available on request for block text.
Nothing is stitched until you order, so there is no leftover stock and no compromise on what goes on the front. Production takes 1–5 business days and delivery 1–5 business days.
Looking after it
Hand wash in cool water and reshape while damp; a washing machine will flatten the crown and a dryer will shrink the twill. Never iron directly over the embroidery — press from the inside if you need to. Washed colors may release a little dye the first time, so wash them on their own to begin with and keep them away from anything pale.
Questions we get asked
Does tonal embroidery show up in photos?
It shows in raking light and in person; flat front-on photography flattens it. If the cap is going online, high-contrast thread photographs better and we will say so.
Can you match my brand color?
We match as closely as our thread range allows and tell you honestly when it is a shade off. Send a hex code or a printed sample.
Is there a setup fee for the logo?
No. Digitising is included and the file is kept for reorders.
How does it hold up behind a bar?
Cotton twill and stitched thread — it takes steam, splashes and frequent washing far better than a printed cap, which will crack inside a season.
