A blank cap and a box to type in. Pick one of 11 colors, add the name, the text, the date or the logo you want on the front, and we stitch it. This is the plain structured baseball cap the rest of our designs are built on — start here when you already know exactly what you want on it and would rather not work from someone else’s idea.

What you can put on it

The front panel is the main embroidery area and takes roughly 10 cm of width. Thread color is yours to choose, and you can preview the whole thing on the cap before you pay.

• A name or nickname — the single most ordered thing on this cap.
• A word or short phrase in block capitals or script, up to about 14 characters per line.
• A monogram or initials, stitched small and centred or scaled large across the panel.
• Your own logo — upload it in the customizer and we digitise it into stitch data at no extra cost.
• A date, a year or coordinates, on its own or under a name.

The cap

• 100% cotton gabardine — a heavy, close weave that holds its shape all day and gives the needle something firm to stitch into.
• Structured five-panel crown. The front stays flat, so lettering sits square instead of buckling the way it does on a soft cap.
• Curved visor with stitched detail along the brim and embroidered ventilation eyelets.
• Metal buckle back strap, adjustable. One size, unisex.
• 11 colors: White, Beige, Camel, Olive Green, Denim Blue, Royal Blue, Navy Blue, Grey, Burgundy, Red and Black.

Ordering more than one

Because nothing is pre-made, ordering 60 identical caps is the same job as ordering one — it just runs longer. That makes this a straightforward option for staff uniforms, club merchandise, event giveaways and team kit. Bulk pricing starts at 50 pieces; tell us the quantity and what goes on the front and you will get a quote and a stitched sample before the run starts.

Stitched, not printed

Every cap is embroidered to order on a commercial machine. The thread is laid into the twill, which is why the lettering catches light from the side and why it survives the wash — printed vinyl cracks and lifts after a season, embroidery does not. Raised 3D puff lettering is available on request for block text.

Nothing is stitched until you order, so there is no leftover stock and no compromise on what goes on the front. Production takes 1–5 business days and delivery 1–5 business days.

Looking after it

Hand wash in cool water and reshape while damp; a washing machine will flatten the crown and a dryer will shrink the twill. Never iron directly over the embroidery — press from the inside if you need to. Washed colors may release a little dye the first time, so wash them on their own to begin with and keep them away from anything pale.

Questions we get asked

Can I put my company logo on it?
Yes. Upload any reasonably clean image in the customizer — PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF all work. We convert it to stitch data ourselves and will send back a preview if the logo needs simplifying for thread.

How many characters fit?
About 14 per line on the front panel at a comfortable reading size, or two lines of around 10. Longer text still works, it just gets stitched smaller.

Does the embroidery go anywhere other than the front?
The front panel is the standard position. Side panel and back-strap embroidery are available — ask before you order and we will set it up.

Will it fit a child?
It is a one-size adult cap. The metal buckle strap adjusts over a wide range and works for older teenagers, but it will sit loose on a small child.
