Every cap is embroidered individually, just for you. Add a name, initials, a monogram or your logo — choose your thread color and font, preview your design, and we bring it to life stitch by stitch.
High-density embroidery on cotton twill — thread laid into the fabric, so it survives the wash instead of cracking off the way printed vinyl does.
Your mark, arched over your icon, on a cap staff will actually wear a full shift in. Structured five-panel in Beige with a two-color illustration — the hospitality build. Upload your logo and we digitise it into stitch data for free, then send back a preview before a single cap is sewn.
What you can put on it
Arched wordmark of roughly 12 characters over an illustration, or your complete logo lockup dropped in as one piece. Up to six thread colors at no extra cost.
- A bar, restaurant or café name over its signature drink or dish.
- A complete logo lockup, exactly as it appears on your signage.
- A venue name plus the staff member’s first name underneath.
- An event or pop-up that needs branded kit for one weekend.
- A shop or studio mark for merchandise you sell at the counter.
The cap
- 100% cotton gabardine — a heavy, close weave that holds its shape all day and gives the needle something firm to stitch into.
- Structured five-panel crown. The front stays flat, so lettering sits square instead of buckling the way it does on a soft cap.
- Curved visor with stitched detail along the brim and embroidered ventilation eyelets.
- Metal buckle back strap, adjustable. One size, unisex.
- 11 colors: White, Beige, Camel, Olive Green, Denim Blue, Royal Blue, Navy Blue, Grey, Burgundy, Red and Black.
Uniform and merchandise orders
Front-of-house caps get worn hard and washed often, which is the whole argument for embroidery over print — thread does not crack off after a month of shifts. Typical orders are a uniform run for the team, a second batch for new starters, and a retail batch to sell at the counter. Bulk pricing starts at 50 pieces, a sample stitched first on every wholesale run. Send your logo and a headcount.
Stitched, not printed
Every cap is embroidered to order on a commercial machine. The thread is laid into the twill, which is why the lettering catches light from the side and why it survives the wash — printed vinyl cracks and lifts after a season, embroidery does not. Raised 3D puff lettering is available on request for block text.
Nothing is stitched until you order, so there is no leftover stock and no compromise on what goes on the front. Production takes 1–5 business days and delivery 1–5 business days.
Looking after it
Hand wash in cool water and reshape while damp; a washing machine will flatten the crown and a dryer will shrink the twill. Never iron directly over the embroidery — press from the inside if you need to. Washed colors may release a little dye the first time, so wash them on their own to begin with and keep them away from anything pale.
Questions we get asked
What file should I send?
A vector file (SVG, PDF, AI, EPS) is ideal, but a clean PNG at any decent size is fine. We redraw it either way.
Is digitising really free?
Yes, and the stitch file stays on your account, so a reorder in six months costs nothing extra in setup.
My logo has small text in it. Will it work?
Text below about 4 mm fills in and becomes unreadable in thread. We will show you a simplified version for approval instead of stitching something illegible.
Can different staff have different colors?
Yes — kitchen in black, floor in beige, same logo. Mixed colors cost the same in one order.
