What you can put on it

Multi-color logos are no more expensive than single-color ones. Send PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF or AI — we redraw whatever comes in, and if a mark is too fine to survive in thread we will say so and propose a simplified version rather than stitching something muddy.

The cap

• 100% cotton, specially washed. The wash is what gives it the faded, slightly uneven colour — tones vary from cap to cap, and that is the design rather than a fault.
• Soft, unstructured crown — the low-profile dad hat shape that sits down on the head instead of standing up off it. It fits like something you have owned for years, from the first wear.
• Curved visor with embroidered ventilation eyelets.
• Antique metal buckle back strap, adjustable. One size, unisex.
• 13 colors: Washed Navy, Burgundy, Mustard Yellow, Denim Blue, Hot Pink, Sage Green, Coral Red, Terracotta, Khaki, Forest Green, Dusty Pink, Dark Brown and Washed Black.

Stitched, not printed

Every cap is embroidered to order on a commercial machine. The thread is laid into the twill, which is why the lettering catches light from the side and why it survives the wash — printed vinyl cracks and lifts after a season, embroidery does not. Raised 3D puff lettering is available on request for block text.

Nothing is stitched until you order, so there is no leftover stock and no compromise on what goes on the front. Production takes 1–5 business days and delivery 1–5 business days.

Looking after it

Hand wash in cool water and reshape while damp; a washing machine will flatten the crown and a dryer will shrink the twill. Never iron directly over the embroidery — press from the inside if you need to. Washed colors may release a little dye the first time, so wash them on their own to begin with and keep them away from anything pale.

Questions we get asked

Do you charge to digitise a logo?
No. Converting your artwork to stitch data is included, and the file stays on your account for reorders.

How many colors can the logo have?
Up to around six thread colors before the back of the panel gets too dense. Most logos need three or fewer.

Can I send a list of 40 names?
Yes — a spreadsheet is easiest. Order the quantity, then send the list and we will match names to caps.

What if my logo is too detailed?
We will tell you before stitching and send back a simplified version for approval. Fine gradients and text under about 4 mm do not survive in thread, and it is better to hear that from us than to see it on 80 caps.
