What you can put on it

The cap

• 100% cotton, specially washed. The wash is what gives it the faded, slightly uneven colour — tones vary from cap to cap, and that is the design rather than a fault.
• Soft, unstructured crown — the low-profile dad hat shape that sits down on the head instead of standing up off it. It fits like something you have owned for years, from the first wear.
• Curved visor with embroidered ventilation eyelets.
• Antique metal buckle back strap, adjustable. One size, unisex.
• 13 colors: Washed Navy, Burgundy, Mustard Yellow, Denim Blue, Hot Pink, Sage Green, Coral Red, Terracotta, Khaki, Forest Green, Dusty Pink, Dark Brown and Washed Black.

For clubs and tournaments

Most of these leave in batches, not ones and twos: pro-shop stock, welcome packs for a new season, prizes for a club championship, or something branded for the coaching team. Bulk pricing starts at 50 caps and mixed colors cost the same as matching ones, so a club can run its own colors alongside a neutral. Send us the crest and a quantity and you will get a quote and a stitched sample before anything is committed.

Stitched, not printed

Every cap is embroidered to order on a commercial machine. The thread is laid into the twill, which is why the lettering catches light from the side and why it survives the wash — printed vinyl cracks and lifts after a season, embroidery does not. Raised 3D puff lettering is available on request for block text.

Nothing is stitched until you order, so there is no leftover stock and no compromise on what goes on the front. Production takes 1–5 business days and delivery 1–5 business days.

Looking after it

Hand wash in cool water and reshape while damp; a washing machine will flatten the crown and a dryer will shrink the twill. Never iron directly over the embroidery — press from the inside if you need to. Washed colors may release a little dye the first time, so wash them on their own to begin with and keep them away from anything pale.

Can you match our club colors exactly?
We match as closely as the 13 cap colors and our thread range allow, and we will tell you honestly when a shade is off rather than guess. Send a color reference and we will confirm before stitching.

Do you do a sample before a big order?
Yes, and we recommend it for every wholesale run. One stitched cap, approved by you, then the rest.

How small can the crest go?
A crest with this much internal detail needs around 7 cm of width to stay legible in thread. Simpler marks go smaller.

Can juniors wear it?
It is one size for adults, with a buckle strap that adjusts down a long way — fine for older juniors, loose on younger ones.
