Every cap is embroidered individually, just for you. Add a name, initials, a monogram or your logo — choose your thread color and font, preview your design, and we bring it to life stitch by stitch.
High-density embroidery on cotton twill — thread laid into the fabric, so it survives the wash instead of cracking off the way printed vinyl does.
A league name in clean white thread on washed black. Single racket, single ball, two lines of type — the restrained version for people who would rather not wear a full crest. Shown in Washed Black; the mark holds up in white on every dark color and in navy or black on the pale ones.
What you can put on it
Two lines: a wide top line of roughly 12 characters and a smaller line beneath it. Racket-and-ball can stay, be swapped for another sport’s mark, or be dropped entirely for a text-only cap.
- League name and division — the version most teams order.
- Academy name and the year it was founded.
- A coach’s or captain’s name under the league mark.
- A ladder, box league or social-tennis group name.
- Padel, squash or pickleball — say the word and we change the racket.
The cap
- 100% cotton, specially washed. The wash is what gives it the faded, slightly uneven colour — tones vary from cap to cap, and that is the design rather than a fault.
- Soft, unstructured crown — the low-profile dad hat shape that sits down on the head instead of standing up off it. It fits like something you have owned for years, from the first wear.
- Curved visor with embroidered ventilation eyelets.
- Antique metal buckle back strap, adjustable. One size, unisex.
- 13 colors: Washed Navy, Burgundy, Mustard Yellow, Denim Blue, Hot Pink, Sage Green, Coral Red, Terracotta, Khaki, Forest Green, Dusty Pink, Dark Brown and Washed Black.
For leagues, squads and academies
This is the design that goes out in quantity: end-of-season caps for a whole league, coaching-staff kit, academy welcome packs, and prizes that are cheaper than trophies and get worn far more. Bulk pricing starts at 50 pieces. Mixed colors in one run cost the same, which lets each team in a league take its own shade of the same design. Send the wording and a headcount for a quote.
Stitched, not printed
Every cap is embroidered to order on a commercial machine. The thread is laid into the twill, which is why the lettering catches light from the side and why it survives the wash — printed vinyl cracks and lifts after a season, embroidery does not. Raised 3D puff lettering is available on request for block text.
Nothing is stitched until you order, so there is no leftover stock and no compromise on what goes on the front. Production takes 1–5 business days and delivery 1–5 business days.
Looking after it
Hand wash in cool water and reshape while damp; a washing machine will flatten the crown and a dryer will shrink the twill. Never iron directly over the embroidery — press from the inside if you need to. Washed colors may release a little dye the first time, so wash them on their own to begin with and keep them away from anything pale.
Questions we get asked
Can we put each player’s name on their own cap?
Yes — league name on the front for everybody, individual names added at no extra cost. Add one line per player.
Do you do other racket sports?
Padel, squash, badminton and pickleball are all straightforward swaps. Tell us which and we adjust the mark.
Is white thread going to stay white?
On a washed cap, yes — the thread is colourfast polyester and the cap is already faded, so the contrast holds rather than drifting.
What is the lead time on 60 caps?
Usually under a week of stitching once the artwork is approved. We will give you a firm date before you commit.
