What you can put on it

The front panel takes roughly 10 cm of embroidery. On washed colors, tonal thread — a shade or two off the cap itself — reads softer than white and is what most people end up choosing.

• A name in script or block lettering, the most common request by a long way.
• A phrase or an inside joke, up to around 14 characters a line.
• Initials or a monogram for something quieter.
• A logo or small illustration — upload it and we turn it into stitch data for you.
• A wedding date, a trip year or a place name under a title line.

The cap

• 100% cotton, specially washed. The wash is what gives it the faded, slightly uneven colour — tones vary from cap to cap, and that is the design rather than a fault.
• Soft, unstructured crown — the low-profile dad hat shape that sits down on the head instead of standing up off it. It fits like something you have owned for years, from the first wear.
• Curved visor with embroidered ventilation eyelets.
• Antique metal buckle back strap, adjustable. One size, unisex.
• 13 colors: Washed Navy, Burgundy, Mustard Yellow, Denim Blue, Hot Pink, Sage Green, Coral Red, Terracotta, Khaki, Forest Green, Dusty Pink, Dark Brown and Washed Black.

How wholesale ordering works

1. Tell us the quantity and what goes on the front. Send your artwork or wording with a headcount and a deadline.
2. We quote and digitise. Converting a logo into stitch data is free, and we will tell you straight away if a mark is too fine to survive in thread.
3. You approve a stitched sample. One real cap, photographed, before anything else is made.
4. The run goes out tracked. Mixed colors and per-cap names cost nothing extra.

Minimum 50 pieces per design at $6.00 each. Under 50, the same cap is on the retail listing at full price with no minimum.

Stitched, not printed

Every cap is embroidered to order on a commercial machine. The thread is laid into the twill, which is why the lettering catches light from the side and why it survives the wash — printed vinyl cracks and lifts after a season, embroidery does not. Raised 3D puff lettering is available on request for block text.

Nothing is stitched until you order, so there is no leftover stock and no compromise on what goes on the front. Production takes 1–5 business days and delivery 1–5 business days.

Looking after it

Hand wash in cool water and reshape while damp; a washing machine will flatten the crown and a dryer will shrink the twill. Never iron directly over the embroidery — press from the inside if you need to. Washed colors may release a little dye the first time, so wash them on their own to begin with and keep them away from anything pale.

What is the minimum order?
50 pieces per design. Below that, the same cap is available at retail pricing with no minimum at all.

Can I mix colors in one order?
Yes, and it costs the same. The 50-piece minimum is per design, not per color, so a club can split a run across its own colors and a neutral.

Can each cap have a different name?
Yes, at no extra charge. Send a list — a spreadsheet is easiest — and we match names to caps.

Do I get a sample first?
Every wholesale run gets one cap stitched and photographed for your approval before the rest go on the machines. Nothing is produced until you say yes.

Is there a setup or digitising fee?
No. Converting your logo into stitch data is included, and the file stays on your account, so a repeat order next season costs nothing extra in setup.

How long does a run take?
It depends on the quantity and how quickly the artwork is approved. Tell us your deadline when you ask for a quote and you will get a firm date, not an optimistic one.

Can I reorder the same thing later?
Yes. Your stitch file is kept, so a reorder is a quantity and a date — nothing has to be set up again.
